Dear players, ClassicOT is being moved to a new, more faithful game engine. Nothing changes for you today: keep playing on the current server. Everything you earn there until the final switch will be carried over. What is happening
A copy of every account and every character has already been loaded into the new server and we are testing it. Soon we will open a public test server so you can check your character and try to recover your account before the final move. The address will be posted here as soon as it is ready. No account will be lost
All accounts and all characters will be migrated: levels, skills, outfits, inventory, depots, spells, houses and their guest lists, guilds, buddy lists and death history. Your account number and e-mail stay the same. Only the players who want to come back have to do something: set a new password. How to recover your account
For security reasons passwords cannot be carried over. On the new server, open Lost account on the website, type your e-mail or your character's name, open the link we send you (check your spam folder) and choose a new password. Then log in with your usual account number. About the test server
The test server is only for testing. Anything you earn there will be erased at the final switch, and the progress you make on the current server is what counts. The only thing we will keep from the test is your new password, so you will not have to recover your account twice. Please do not create new characters there: they will not be kept. What is carried over, and what is not
The money you had in the bank is paid to you as crystal, platinum and gold coins inside your depot (the depot of the city where it was), because the new server has no bank. Houses and their owners are carried over. The items you had left inside your house are put back inside it, packed in backpacks and spread around the house (they will not be in their old places). Quest progress is not carried over. We are still testing

Dear Players, As time passes and we continue working on our next big update, we're also focused on rolling out several fixes and improvements. We've addressed an issue where some NPCs were selling non-existent items, and we've fixed the Ornament Shield quest in the Plains of Havoc. Please continue reporting any inconsistencies you encounter. We've also implemented some quality-of-life improvements based on your feedback. Notably, the ferryman in Colda has made enough gold to upgrade to a proper ship and has been promoted to Captain. He can now offer longer journeys, including travel to Edron. Additionally, we have decided to remove Orshabaal from Flores, as it wasn’t functioning as we intended. A new monster will take its place and is now required to complete a certain well-known quest in Flores. Regarding the epics, we’re excited to see that some players have figured them out. However, we'd like to clarify that you don’t need to create a new character to finish this quest. Though you're welcome to do so if you choose! Finally, be on the lookout in the coming days, as rumors suggest the real Orshabaal may spawn in his usual location. Enjoy the game, and we hope to see you around when the next update arrives!  |

A long-awaited update finally arrives. Honored adventurers from today onwards you can try to find your way to new lands in the north! There you will face countless of challenges and discover new quests to solve. We hope you find good spots for hunting monsters you are familiar with, but in new epic caves and hunting grounds. If you are up to the task, you will also find native creatures roaming the lands like frost dragons. Of course, with the traditional old school feeling. Colda awaits you, but first you need to find Dean, a traveler sent on a mission from the frozen kingdom. He should be located in the borderlands of the Kingdom of Colda and the main continent you already know. Surely if you help him, he will reward your bravery! Mini update to Flores: In preparation for a more extensive update Flores. has been slightly revamped to better suit game play. Generally some spawns has changed, others opened up but also new ones has been created. The npc's in town has been adjusted with new dialogue. Of course to make your exploration a bit more fun some minor quests has also been added. Outside Flores some minor map flaws have also been fixed. Today we released client version 1.33. It will automatically download itself. [B]Client Changes:[/B] • AFK Validation window improvements • Client protection features (doesn't affect the gameplay) • Bugfix - Follows/chase didn't interrupt auto walking • Bugfix - Damage seen thru the floors sometimes [B]Server changes:[/B] (Tomorrow's server save) • House roofs that accessible only for house owners in Flores will be inaccessible. • Monsters such as Deers/Rabbits will not be able to escape diagonally. [B]Please note that the old client will cause errors after tomorrow's server save. So make sure you update.[/B]

The following changes has been implemented: Within today server save we have implemented a new Quest System, by that we have removed level door's as they didn't exist in our version, this new Quest System was implemented because we don't want main chars with noob chars level 8 and so on trying to take some benefit because there are no level door's on the quests. How it works? Example if you want to open the chest's from Behemoth Quest you need kill a Behemoth. Do you plan to do Crown Armor Quest you need to kill a Black Knight. Client Update: • Auto screenshot fix • Names bugfix (Capital letters) • Use click on tile while walking bugging the movement • Change Info window • Change item count in move window by arrow keys • Open writeable item will focus on the text automatically • Macro validation feature • Better response when moving items from bp to ground Golden Account Medal:  With this medal you can add Golden Account Days to your account ingame, we have implemented it to give to the player's the opportunity to buy or sell the medal you can check all of them on the premium account area. We have finished the work on the latest game update. Golden Account players can now explore the new city of Flores. We need new adventurer's to discover the new undiscovered city. There are rumours about secret dungeons that hide treasures of inestimable value in the new area. Their hidden entrances can be found anywhere in the map, you should be a good explorer to find out them. You can reach Flores by travelling through ship, the city will be release tomorrow after server save, each player who reach level 20 will receive 7 days free Golden Account day's.    Moreover, we have fixed the false positives that we did have in the past day's with the client also we are working hard to bring you new features, Like Automatic ScreenShot option added to the client with this great feature you can save instantly magnific moments from your gameplay on ClassicOT we hope you start sharing your epic pictures with us!. The following changes has been implemented: Hello dear player's within today server save there will be some changes in the Server and Client. from now on all Single-Target-Runes, eg SD and HMM, will hit ALL Players/Creatures on Stack instead of only the Player/Creature most recently on Stack. ~Overspawn system ~Monsters summons give experience |
